Naughty Eddie - Bucking & Rearing
January 28th, 2008Hi. Does anyone have any great ideas to stop a pony bucking and rearing. This only happens when he is out hacking and seprated from the others in the group

Let me introduce myself…
I’m Sarah Viney and I run New Forest Equestrian with my husband Simon. More importantly I should introduce our horses…
Flame (also known as Freddy - not sure why he just seems to have aquired the nick-name!) is a 16 hand Hanovarian and Thorough-Bred cross. Sounds very grand and feisty doesnt he? The truth is he is the complete opposite.Simon learned to ride on him and he is as safe as the BAnk of England (probably not a very good comparison given recent events , but you know what I mean!
Lucky is a little 14 hand New Forest pony that may daughter rides. He is a great little all rounder - currently recovering from sore foot - still another cople of days poulticeing andf he will be as good as new
Eddie is a grey New Forest pony that I ride. He is only about 13 3 but has the biggest character for a little horse. He is actually quite naughty. Actually he is very naughty but we do love him. I have so many stories to tell you about Eddie which I will put up in future posts
